The Mobile Mammography bus comes to the Community Free Clinic! The Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP) is a partnership with Cabarrus Health Alliance and Atrium Hospital to provide free mammograms and cancer screenings for qualified individuals.
  • are uninsured or underinsured;
  • are without Medicare Part B or Medicaid;
  • are between ages 40 – 64 for breast screening services and 21 – 64 for cervical screening services; and
  • have a household income below 250% of the federal poverty level.
If you are diagnosed with cancer through the screening, funding is available for treatment. We encourage all of our patients to get preventive care.
Plan ahead for your mammogram and cancer screening! Make your appointment for November 13, when the Mobile Mammography bus will be available at the Clinic, and make sure to plan for a 2024 appointment.
