The Community Free Clinic’s building is closed today for winter weather. However, Clinic and Patient Services staff are working from home to support you. Nurse and provider appointments are available by phone. Patient Services staff can answer questions about enrollment, programs at the Clinic, referrals, and your treatment plan.
