Calm Your Mind: Breathwork and Sound to Relax

On Nov.12, at 6 pm, come ready to relax, with a pillow, shawl or blanket, and water bottle to learn how to breathing and listening to certain sounds to help you relax. This event is free and open to the public as part of the Clinic’s self-care programming. We know that good mental health is a part of being physically well.
