If you want to make sure you stay well this winter, the Community Free Clinic can help. Healthcare is completely free if you are 1. a Cabarrus County resident over 18; 2. earn less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level ($45,000 per year as a single person or $90,000 for a family of four); 3. are uninsured. You can enroll online for free, or visit our enrollment staff at 528A Lake Concord Road NE, Concord, NC 28025 on Mondays-Thursdays 8:30 am – 5 pm.
